Meta advertising built to fix the leads that don’t answer

We run Meta and Instagram campaigns for outdoor living contractors and qualify every lead against a real budget and timeline before it ever reaches your phone.

Why your Facebook leads don’t answer the phone

Meta’s on-platform lead forms prefill a person’s name, email, and phone number from whatever they saved to their Facebook account, sometimes years ago. The person taps submit without correcting any of it, and you receive a lead with a phone number that hasn’t been in service in years.

This is a documented, verifiable flaw, not a broken channel or a fake lead. Meta’s own advertiser documentation confirms the prefill behavior, and Meta has tested an option to disable autofill because of this exact problem.

How we run Meta differently

We build qualification into the funnel itself, so a lead has to clear a real bar before it ever reaches your phone.

A minimal blueprint-style funnel diagram narrowing from broad volume at the top to a qualified blue point at the bottom
01

Qualification built into the funnel

We send paid traffic to split-tested dedicated landing pages with CRM integration, not Meta’s native autofill lead form. A lead has to give real information about budget and timeline before it’s counted, and there’s effectively no ceiling on how far we can qualify a lead before it comes your way.

02

The Volume then Quality system

We run every Meta engagement in two phases. Phase one brings in traffic and builds volume. Phase two is where we cherry-pick and qualify in collaboration with you, tightening the funnel against what actually books. We call this Volume then Quality, and across our client base it has produced an 8x average return on ad spend.

03

Built around your sales process

We dial qualification in with you directly, because a lead’s value depends entirely on the sales process that receives it. A lead that’s well qualified for one contractor’s intake can still fall through the cracks in another’s.

40x+All-in return

NJ Sunroom Additions, first two months

$150,000 in signed sunroom projects, $74,000 and $76,000, on about $500 a month in Meta ad spend.

16:1Media return

Probuilt Pool & Patio, calendar year 2025

$28,000 in Meta ad spend returned $400,000+ in direct revenue, with split-tested landing pages converting 6%+.

~8xAll-in return

Integrity Home Pro, first six months

Prior agencies had burned $70,000+ on Meta with little return. After we rebuilt the funnel on the same channel, the first six months produced $400,000+ in quotes and a single $160,000 sunroom sale.

~17xAll-in return

Bear Creek Outdoor Living, first six months

About $14,000 in Meta ad spend produced roughly $400,000 in signed premium projects, three builds at about $118,200, $175,000, and $110,000.

Results vary and depend on a range of factors. These figures reflect specific client engagements and are not a guarantee or promise of future performance, and Atlantic Media Company does not guarantee that any prospective client will achieve similar or comparable results.

on a single platform, and there’s no locked-in contract, we earn your business every month

We send your paid traffic to dedicated landing pages built for that specific ad, not to your homepage or general service pages, because a page built to convert one ad’s exact promise converts far better than a general website. Probuilt Pool & Patio’s split-tested landing pages convert at 6% or better, one of the results behind the case studies above.

Common questions about Meta advertising

Do Facebook (Meta) ads actually work for contractors?
Yes, when the traffic is qualified before it reaches your phone. Across our client base, Meta advertising produces an average 8x return on ad spend, and the play behind it, dedicated landing pages plus CRM qualification instead of Meta’s native lead form, has produced documented results for seven named clients, from a 16:1 media return for Probuilt Pool & Patio to a $150,000 signed project for NJ Sunroom Additions in its first two months. Results vary and are not a guarantee for any other business.
Why don’t my Facebook leads pick up the phone?
It’s almost always the autofill problem explained above: Meta’s native lead form prefills stale contact details from an old Facebook profile, and the person submits without correcting it. We solve it by sending traffic to dedicated landing pages with real qualification steps instead of Meta’s native form.
What’s the difference between exclusive and shared leads?
A shared lead is sold to multiple contractors at once, so you’re competing on price before you’ve had the first conversation. The campaigns we build for you are exclusive: the leads come to you first, not to four or five other companies at the same time.
How much should I budget for Meta ads?
Budget about $70 per lead in ad spend, blended across Google and Meta. Most single-platform engagements with us run $3k or more a month, and there’s no locked-in contract, we earn your business every month.
Is Meta or Google better for my business?
It depends on what you’re trying to buy. Meta reaches people before they’re actively searching to hire, while Google reaches people who are already typing what they want into a search bar. Most owners end up running both once Meta proves out. See our Google advertising page for the honest tradeoff.
