SEO built to get you found by Google, and recommended by AI

We keep your site healthy and build the authority, backlinks and blog content, that earns rankings and AI recommendations.

What SEO actually consists of: two pillars

Backlinks. Links from other credible sites to yours strengthen your domain rating and overall authority, and they bring in residual traffic over time, visitors who arrive through those links, not only through search.

Blog posts. A steady stream of genuinely useful blog content builds a database of indexed knowledge. Google indexes and ranks it, and, more importantly, AI answer engines pull answers from it when a homeowner asks for a contractor or for guidance. The blog is how a site becomes something an AI can quote.

Getting recommended when a homeowner asks an AI

A high and growing share of homeowners now make hiring decisions based on what an AI recommends, and that changes what SEO has to do.

AI answers from what it can read

AI answer engines assemble their recommendations from the indexed, structured knowledge they can read across the web. A site with thin content gives them almost nothing to pull, so it goes unmentioned. A site with a real body of indexed, well-structured knowledge, the blog pillar above, on a site built to be read cleanly, is far more likely to be quoted and named. See how we structure a site to be machine-legible in the first place on Website Design & Development.

02

Why this matters more now than it did two years ago

The two pillars above compound: backlinks raise the authority a site is starting from, and blog content is the material an AI actually has to quote. Together, they make you significantly more likely to be recommended by an AI and to rank on Google. Plenty of firms sell AI visibility as a line item. The mechanism above is what it actually consists of.

03

Maintenance that moves the needle, not just keeps the lights on

Yes, we keep your site healthy, fast, and current. But the point of the ongoing work is the authority-building above, not a checklist. A generic care plan, updates and backups sold as the whole product, keeps a site alive. It does not make it rank or get cited. Our maintenance is the vehicle for the two pillars, not an end in itself.

Common questions about SEO and AI visibility

Are backlinks still relevant?
Yes. Links from other credible sites to yours strengthen your domain rating and authority, and they bring in residual traffic over time on their own, separate from search. That has not changed.
How do I get backlinks?
Through the ongoing authority-building work that is one of the two pillars of what we do: earning links from other credible sites over time. We don't promise a specific number of links or a placement. The work compounds.
Is SEO dead, or is it evolving?
Evolving. SEO used to mean ranking on Google alone. Now it also means being legible enough for AI answer engines to read your site and recommend you when a homeowner asks. The mechanism underneath is the same, indexed authority and content, but who is reading it has expanded.
Will AI recommend my company?
That depends on whether the AI has anything to read. A thin site gives an answer engine almost nothing to pull from. A site with real indexed content and a structure it can parse is far more likely to be named. We cover the homeowner-side version of this question in more depth in Will AI Recommend Your Company.
What is the difference between a care plan and SEO maintenance?
A care plan keeps a site alive: updates, backups, uptime. Our maintenance does that too, but the point of it is the authority-building above, backlinks and blog content, not a checklist for its own sake.
